He continued his pursuit of knowledge and surgical skill in the field of Dental Implants he coursed clinical academic programs in the United States, Spain, Brazil and México. 

He completed (2006) a Fellowship in Implant Dentistry from LLUSD (Loma Linda University School of Dentistry) on the United States continuing their training courses Postgraduate In Oral and Implantology Surgery (2007) from SCOE (Societat Catalana d´Odontologia i Estomatologia) on Barcelona - España. 

Inspired by European dentistry he arrived at Barcelona-Spain and approved all the necessary Dental Professional requirements until achieving to homologate and validate the License as a Dentist (DDS) at the Spanish Ministry of Education and Science. 

In Spain, he worked as Principal Dentist-Implantologist, for an International Dental Company, working all angles of the dental office in order to, practice and develop different procedures and techniques related to Advanced Oral Implantology and Surgery. 

His training and continuous education include a Certification Program at the NEW YORK UNIVERSITY (NYU) in IMPLANTOLOGY ORAL REHABILITATION, as well as a specific training program for Zygomatic Implant Techniques under the ZAGA Philosophy in University Hospital of Barcelona, led by renowned Dr. Carlos Aparicio who designed the technique. 

Dr. N. Gallardo is a Stomatologist with extensive continuing education, trained in the field of advanced procedures such as immediate full mouth dental implants, complex cases using Pterygoid and Zygomatic implants, traditional treatments with dental implants, bone regeneration, conventional restorations on natural teeth and the treatment of periodontal disease. 

Today, Dr. N. Gallardo has performed more than 8,000 dental implant surgeries and has collaborated for prestigious consultations in Mexico, Spain and Costa Rica.  Every Dental treatment rehabilitation performed by Dr. N. Gallardo has the widest design and manufacturing prosthetic guarantees since aspect are done in exclusive laboratories with strict quality protocols.

Gallardo maintains his usual locations in Mexico with associated clinics, giving his patients the most convenient options. 

Outside the office 
He currently enjoys the Catalan Costa Brava (Spain) and its beautiful Mediterranean surroundings, taking every opportunity to enjoy the outdoors with his wife and his "fat and wrinkled friend" (English Bulldog), enjoying reading, jazz, old romantic music, traveling to cold places and trying new culinary experiences, sharing time with his "fat and wrinkled friend" involves slow and leisurely physical activity.
